Analyst Or Senior Analyst, Business Operations - Guadalajara

We are hiring a Mexico‑based Business Operations Analyst to support day‑to‑day operations for Slalom’s largest US client accounts.

• Onboarding coordination – initiate client background checks and track completion.
• Request and manage client credentials and system access.
• Coordinate ordering, shipment, and receipt confirmation of client hardware.
• Document and track all onboarding steps to SLA, escalating blockers promptly.
• Offboarding coordination – disable client credentials, track hardware return, and reconcile inventory.
• Close out time entry, billing, and project records as required.
• Engagement management support – partner with the Engagement Management Office on project setup, change orders, contract signatures, internal bill codes, and time reconciliation.
