Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.
Performance Monitoring is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reviewing customer contact quality.
**_Qualifications_**
+ 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance customer service (external)
+ Open to B3, B4 and P1 Pharma (internal)
+ BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
