Analyst - Private Equity Analyst (Bogotá)

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Provide support to Buy Side Research team (like Private Equity clients)
• Screen and analyze list of target companies for potential acquisition
• Build and update financial models, DCF and LBO models for lenders and investors and perform valuation
• Assist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development)
• Assist in developing marketing teasers / Information Memorandum for deals
• Quarterly update of precedents transactions list, public comps list
• Assist in due diligence process including document and financial review
• Maintain a deal tracker, scan through a data room and track items that have been uploaded / are pending
• Research on potential funding sources
• Assist with tracking investor outreach and follow-ups during active fund rai
