About The Role
As a CBRE HR Analyst - Process Excellence, you will review and standardize people processes and documentation across APAC countries/cross-functional teams, identify fit‑gap, recommend closing the gap and areas of improvement. This job is part of the People Project team, ensuring all tasks are delivered in a timely, cost‑effective manner, anticipating scope issues and obtaining agreement on changes to the work plan.
