**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Provide analysis for labor & overhead variances including review on utilization and absorption.
+ Prepare Global Absorption and Earned Hours report.
+ Prepare PPV report and provide analysis to accountable owners.
+ Review and close work orders timely
+ Review and process cycle count
+ Provide material and labor variances analysis to business leaders and resolve issues if any.
+ Provide scrap reviews and work with business leaders to support SRR target.
+ Prepare weekly manufacturing variances analysis to leaders for metric reviews.
+ Review and validate cost savings initiatives for the business.
+ Provide review and analysis for Intercompany Pricing between Aftermarket and MRO
