**Purpose**

Supports multiple T&E processes for the U.S. business which for both GBM and all U.S. support functions. Ensures all activities conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

**Accountabilities**

• Oversee and perform audit of employee submitted T&Es within 2 business days of receipt
o Review submitted expenses for compliance to SB policies. These polices include but no limited to:

+ Travel Expense
+ Client Meals and Entertainment Policy
+ Internal Meals and Event Policy
+ GBM Expense Policy
+ Daily Meal Allowance
