Analyst, Reimbursement Control

Purpose

Supports multiple T&E processes for the U.S. business which for both GBM and all U.S. support functions. Ensures all activities conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities

• Oversee and perform audit of employee submitted T&Es within 2 business days of receipt
• Review submitted expenses for compliance to SB policies. These polices include but no limited to:
  • Travel Expense
  • Client Meals and Entertainment Policy
  • Internal Meals and Event Policy
  • GBM Expense Policy
  • Daily Meal Allowance
  • Education Reimbursement
  • Commercial Card Policy
• Ensure submitted expenses have adequate support: itemized receipts, travel pre-approvals (where applicable)
• Where necessary, obtain approvals for SVP exceptions.
