Job Description

The Sales Compensation Analyst is part of the Sales Operation Team within JnJ Medical Devices. You will be responsible for leading the sales processes, including variable payments administration, quota setting, quota change, user training, and more; maintaining, accessing, and analyzing sales data to pay and administer field sales compensation. Developing and administering incentive plans and providing data analysis, performance metrics, and data solutions to improve decision‑making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead payroll processing of incentive compensation payments, ensuring opportunity and quality standards.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to questions from sales management.
  • Generate ad‑hoc reports to the sales force and attend to their business needs.
