Knight Frank's Consultancy Department offers a wide range of real estate business advisory services to clients, including site selection, project feasibility, real estate economic analysis of master plans, market studies, consumer research, real estate strategy and other bespoke studies. Knight Frank has completed a large number of projects for private and public sector clients, locally and overseas.

The work is challenging and will stretch successful candidates to the hilt. It requires a broad understanding of business and policy matters, a deep grasp of real estate fundamentals, proficiency in data analysis, good understanding of finance, ability to work with other professionals, attention to detail, and a relentless drive toward solving client problems holistically and creatively, and deliver answers in a timely and customer-friendly manner.
