Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with a leading mining client to monitor, support, and stabilise operations across our client's  Pacific Aluminium smelters.

📍  Location:  Brisbane CBD
📆  Roster: 12.5-hour rotating day/night roster (4, 5, 5)

Key Accountabilities:

• 24/7 monitoring of reduction line operations and smelting processes across Pacific Operations
• Identify operational and technical instabilities, diagnose issues, and prioritise corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with site-based teams to ensure timely and effective intervention
• Engage remotely with technical teams, supervisors, and process controllers, including participation in technical and toolbox meetings
