Analyst – Sourcing & Funnel Analytics (ATS or CRM)

This analyst ensures that the proprietary CRM and ATS integrates effectively with Workday and external sourcing channels. The role helps define integrations, data mappings, and automation triggers that standardize global recruiting operations. You will be a key partner to sourcing and recruitment marketing teams, turning channel and funnel data into actionable insights on where to invest and how to improve candidate flow.

What You'll Do:

• Configure integrations and data exchange between systems.
• Test and validate API behavior and data flow accuracy.
• Design sourcing and funnel reporting dashboards.
• Support global QA and deployment documentation.
• Work closely with sourcing, recruitment marketing, and operations teams to understand how leads flow from job boards, social channels, referrals, and databases into Compass/ATS, and identify friction points or drop-offs.
