Job Summary
Implementation Analysts serve as the business/technical SME for Item Processing and Print & Mail engagements across US Banking, Cards & Payments clients.
They gather requirements, author BRDs/FRDs, design solutions, and configure platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Gather requirements and author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Design solution architecture and configure platforms for Item Processing, Logads, remittance, ACH, ICL, check clearing, return items.
Manage capture channels: branch, teller, distributed, merchant, mobile, ATM image deposit (capture, balancing, exceptions).
Configure duplicate detection and deposit lifecycle management.
