Analyst Sr Sales Inventory

Sales Inventory Support overseas products under its responsibility to be able to provide the necessary information to Customer Service, Sales reps, Distributors, and End Customers.This position interacts with multiple functions such as Demand Planning, Supply Planners, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Customs, Distribution, Sales, etc, as responsible to coordinate Cross-functional teams across the pipeline to ensure higher levels of product availability and excellent customer experience & satisfaction.
- Provide Support to Customer Service and Sales Reps. on product status inquiries within 24 hrs regarding New Product availability ETA.Inventory Level, Production status, Stock in transit ETA, Expired products, Sub or run without component requests that are not of customer preference and offer new options.
