Support and improve existing computer systems (web and desktop applications).

Analyze the needs of internal customers and produce the appropriate project plans.

Extract, import, process, and document data sources.

Provide leadership in the development of new tools until they go live.

Actively collaborate in the team's continuous improvement activities and initiatives.

Participate in technical support of system users.
