As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administrating, maintaining, upgrading and testing the quality of business solutions, computer networks, management systems, programs and database servers based on the organization's needs. You analyze and diagnose issues related to controls, quality assurance and large‑scale deliveries and rollouts, providing opinions in accordance with discipline rules and recommending solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You guide work to meet objectives, solve highly complex problems with analytical skills, coordinate with stakeholders across diverse fields, and serve as a systems specialist for your unit, clients and practitioners.
