Analyst, Travel & Expense (Fixed Term)

POSITION SUMMARY:

Working with an emerging shared services organization, the Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for supporting Dovers travel and expense processes. Working independently, this role is responsible for auditing travel & expense reports and generating the necessary T&E reports that will be used by Dover stakeholders globally. This position reports to the Travel & Expense Lead based in Cebu, Philippines.

Essential Responsibilities

Audit travel and expense claims to be in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Run and review operational travel and expense reporting for month-end and on-demand; circulate T&E reporting to necessary stakeholders.

Assist with the development of travel and other business expense procedures.

Address other ad hoc travel & expense requests and participate in special projects.
