POSITION TITLE: Travel & Expense Analyst – Shared Services

REPORTING TO: Travel & Expense Lead, Finance Hub

                             Manager, Finance Hub

LOCATION: Cebu, Philippines

POSITION SUMMARY:   

Working with an emerging shared services organization, the Travel & Expense Analyst is responsible for supporting Dover’s travel and expense processes. Working independently, this role is responsible for auditing travel & expense reports and generating the necessary T&E reports that will be used by Dover stakeholders globally. This position reports to the Travel & Expense Lead based in Cebu, Philippines.

Essential Responsibilities

• Audit travel and expense claims to be in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

• Run and review operational travel and expense reporting for month-end and on-demand; circulate T&E reporting to necessary stakeholders.
