Analyst - TT/Rentas Team - Operations Department

Responsibilities:

• Handle remittance operations (local & overseas – RENTAS, SWIFT)

• Provide admin and operational support

• Assist other teams and resolve transaction issues

• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and SLA

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with banking industry experience

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and good team player

• Familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Able to work in fast-paced environment

• Experience in banking operations / foreign currency remittance is an advantage
