Analyst/Associate (Portfolio Management)

We are recruiting for a Pan Asian Real Estate fund with a focus in logistic/industrial asset classes and potentially looking to expand and beyond.

Reporting to the Fund Manager, you will be supporting the evaluation and execution of real estate investments across the region. This will include conducting financial modelling, sensitivity analyses, and detailed underwriting for potential transactions. You will assist with market research, industry mapping, and competitor benchmarking.

You will support due diligence processes, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors. This will include preparing internal investment committee materials, memos, and presentations as well as contributing to active asset management, portfolio monitoring, and value-creation initiatives. You will also assist in preparing internal reports, dashboards, and fund-level materials as required.
