We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our growing team and support large-scale data centre projects across Canada and the United States. This role is essential in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to ensure accurate forecasting, profitability tracking, and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for data centre projects to support profitability analysis and KPI development.
• Assist in the month-end close process and prepare concise, informative financial reports for management.
• Track, monitor, and forecast operating costs to identify trends and potential cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through detailed variance analysis and financial insights.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including:
  • Balance sheets
  • Cash flow statements
