Position Overview

The Hosted Services group within IT Operations is accountable for providing operational support across multiple technologies such as Network, Servers, SAN, and Data Centre infrastructure. This group is led by an AVP who reports directly to the VP of Global Service Continuity Operations (SCO) for the TD Bank Group. The Network L2 team is part of the Hosted Services group and is responsible for all L2 support for TD's networking platforms worldwide. This FTE role reports directly to the IT Network Manager and collaborates closely with the 24/7 L1 operations team and L3/Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and troubleshoot complex incidents in a time‑sensitive manner and communicate technical issues concisely to senior management.
