Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: Circa 75k - 95k including super (depends on experience)

We are looking for relationship-driven leaders to join the Corporate Finance/Deal division in Top 10 Chartered Accountant firms in the world.

Responsibilities

• Support valuation engagements through financial modelling, analysis, research, and clear report writing across ASX‑listed and private companies
• Undertake valuations of businesses, equity interests, financial instruments, and intangible assets for transaction, tax, and financial reporting purposes
• Conduct market research, client interviews, and commercial/financial analysis to inform valuation outcomes
• Prepare reports and proposals while building strong relationships with clients, senior staff, and internal teams
