  • Verify the accurate input, integrity, and consistency of data provided by bookstores and metadata sources.
  • Ensure that data processing and production meet established quality standards.
  • Oversee operational data flows to guarantee error‑free information related to sales, metadata, and catalog for the publishing market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (support, operations, revenue, contracts) to resolve data or system issues.
  • Build market reports following clearly defined guidelines and manage delivery schedules.
  • Manage user access, onboarding, and basic training for BookScan or other internal platforms.
  • Maintain professional communication with operational and technical client contacts across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.
  • Contribute to quantitative, data‑driven tasks within the editorial ecosystem (publishers, bookstores, distributors).
