Analytical Chemist

• Analyze samples: Determine the chemical makeup and properties of a wide variety of materials, from raw materials to finished products and biological samples
• Ensure quality control: Perform tests to confirm that materials meet specific standards for purity and composition
• Conduct research: Develop new methods of analysis, create new chemical compounds, and study chemical behaviors and environmental problems
• Solve problems: Use their expertise to solve chemical-related issues
• Operate and develop instruments: Work with advanced laboratory equipment and may contribute to the design of new analytical instruments
