The main
responsibilities of the job:
- Assist with laboratory and pilot plant experiments using Sappi's standard operating procedures.
- Operate bench-top and pilot scale equipment.
- Generate data and conduct basic analysis.
- Report data from experiments and field testing in written reports and presentations.
- Participate in maintenance and troubleshooting of pilot plant equipment.

The ideal candidate must have:
- Grade 12/Matric qualification.
- Diploma (Requiring P1 and P2) or Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or a related field. 
- No prior experience required.
