Key Result Areas and Activities

1. Workflow Architecture & Design

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade workflows using Power Automate, aligned to finance and approval‑driven business processes
• Define and enforce workflow standards across approvals, SLA management, exception handling, and auditability
• Ensure workflows are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise governance and control requirements
