Responsibilities

• You create and maintain clear datasets and dashboards that power insightful data analysis and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making across the Customer Operation Departments.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Operations teams to understand and prioritize their data needs, translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
