Analytics & Insights Consultant

The Opportunity

As an Analytics & Insights Consultant, you will operate as a strategic thought partner to Operations executives, shaping decisions that materially impact performance across New Business, Policyholder Services, Claims, and the Call Center. You will help senior leaders understand not just what is happening in the business, but why it matters, what tradeoffs it creates, and where action is needed next. You will connect operational signals to financial results, pricing factors, and advisor experience and enable leadership to comprehend both current events and their significance.

This is a business-first analytics role for someone who excels at proactively shaping insights from complex operational data to enable timely, well‑informed decisions.
