About the position
We're looking for a full-time Analytics Manager to build and lead our core analytics function. Reporting to product management leadership, you will own the full analytics stack—from data warehousing and governance through modeling, visualization, and reporting—ensuring that every team at Third Way Health has reliable, timely, and actionable data to drive decisions.
This role requires a rare blend of technical depth and organizational leadership: building robust data infrastructure while making insights accessible to clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders; establishing governance and compliance standards while enabling self-service exploration; and managing model accuracy while translating complex outputs into clear business value.
