Job Overview / Purpose Statement

The Analytics Specialist is responsible for executing the daily analytics processes that ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data for Fountain Forward and its clients. This role combines data entry, reporting, and analysis execution. Specialists maintain dashboards, process data from multiple sources, and deliver standardized reports. Accuracy and efficiency are critical, as this role provides the foundation for all insights used by Seniors, the Director, and client-facing teams.

Responsibilities & Duties

Data Entry & Processing

• Prepare, compile, and verify data from CRM, GA4, inventory feeds, offline events, and competitor pools.
• Enter and update data in Fountain Tracker, BM templates, and client trackers.
• Ensure accuracy by following SOP techniques and flagging discrepancies.
