Job Description

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking a team-oriented cardiac anesthesiologist, to join our dynamic and expanding Department of Anesthesiology in Regina.

The Department of Anesthesiology has an excellent complement of specialist anesthesiologists with diverse interests. The successful candidate will join our team to provide comprehensive anesthesiology service to the patients of southern Saskatchewan.

Our services are shared between two sites. The Regina General Hospital is our trauma center representing all major surgical specialties, except transplant. Our anesthesiologists provide full obstetric service. The Pasqua Hospital is a community hospital and referral center specializing in ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastic surgery, general surgery and urology.

Elective OR runs from 07:45 to 16:00hrs. Our goal for Regina is to routinely operate 18 surgical theatres. Capacity is managed to allow for reduced ...
