Practice at a busy community hospital. 7 ORs and 3 Endoscopy Suites. Group includes 10 Anesthesiologists and 4 CRNAs. MD/CRNA model - majority of cases are solo MD cases. All scheduling handled internally by the anesthesiology team. Evenly divided call. No partnership track (hospital employed). Call Schedule: First call: Every 10th night. Post-call day off: Always. Second call: Varies. OB epidurals managed and performed by MDs. Call divided evenly among physicians. Common Case Types: Obstetric anesthesia - usually. Pediatric anesthesia - usually.
