ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:

• Start Date: November 5th, 2025 or as soon as credentialed
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: 10 s, 12 s 14 s
• 500 Beds
• Medical Direction
• Cases: OB, general surgery, GYN, ENT, endoscopy, ortho, cardiac, neuro, urology, podiatry, and plastics
• Call Schedule: 3 layers of call
• 1 MD main OR/OB
• 1 MD CVOR
• 1 CRNA to back up the main/OB
• Credentialing: 60-90 Days - expedited privs with clean file

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be board-certified
• Must have active KY license or willing to obtain
