Coverage Needed
 Start Date: July 2026 
 End Date: Ongoing 
 Weekly Schedule:  Friday: 5p - 7a 
 Saturday: 7a - 7a 
 Sunday: 7a - 7a 
Clinical Details
 Setting: Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year 
 Duties: Independent Cases 
 Required Procedures: Ortho, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI, Gynecology, Urology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, bariatric bypass, minimal vascular cases 
 EMR: EPIC 
 Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech 
Requirements
 Board Certified 
 Nebraska License Preferred (will consider provider with IMLC or willing to obtain NE license) Highly Preferred 
 Residency Requirements/Fellowship 
 Other Certifications: BLS, DEA 
 Malpractice: Clean Highly Preferred
