• Credentialing takes approximately 45 days
• Care team model
• Work in conjunction with CRNAs, typically at a 1:2 ratio
• Must be willing to participate in a 24-hour in-house call rotation to be considered for daytime shifts
• Typically 3-4 in-house call shifts per month
• Shift options include:
  • Primarily 10-hour shifts
  • Some 8-hour shifts
  • 24-hour in-house call shifts
• Hourly compensation structure
• Overtime compensation may be considered
• Practice at a Level I Trauma Center
• 533-bed hospital
• 10 operating rooms
