Physician led non-profit Health System seeks 2 Anesthesiologists - 1 general and 1 cardiac - 2 hours east of Dallas TX! and 2 hours from Little Rock Arkansas Caring and warm Texas town - words cant describe how wonderful and welcoming these people are!

This role:
 17 CRNAs
$686k base salary for cardiac - doing own cases
$650k for general
$10k quality bonuses, 700k package 
you can do both general or cardiac, or both 
1:3 call

The area s preferred multi-specialty medical group
Over 1400 physicians and advance practice providers representing 41 specialties in 82 clinic locations throughout 3 states
A physician-led group with its own board of directors
All leaders are paired with physicians in all decision making
