 24 hour weekend call available July 5 & 6 
 July 21-25 (7a-5p) 
 Weeknight call available 5p-7a every night (call is not req if the doc wants the day shifts) 
 24 hour weekend call available July 19 & 20 
 July 28-Aug 1 (7a-3p)
