Animation Director [Tom Clancy’s The Division 3]

In 2023, it was announced that Massive Entertainment is leading the development of Tom Clancy's The Division 3. While we cannot unveil any details about the third entry in the series at this time, we are actively recruiting for the project. 

We are looking for an Animation Director for one of Massive Entertainment’s exciting IPs. As our Animation Director, you will shape and shepherd the animation vision and quality for the game – in line with the overall creative direction – from conception to final implementation.  

What you'll do  

• Be one of the key stakeholders ensuring the game feels good, looks good, and has an excellent sense of control and responsiveness - in line with the game's tone and player fantasy
• Establish, communicate, and drive the animation direction across the entire project, in support of the overall creative/game direction
