Animation Technician

Position Summary:

Animation Technician IV role is responsible for designing, building, installing, maintaining and servicing of electromechanical equipment, animatronics or automation equipment for a wide variety of LEGO animations. You will work closely with the team and support the maintenance activities/initiatives to achieve the department objectives.

Scope and Responsibilities:

• Keeps both guest and Model Citizen Safety the #1 priority. Accountable for proactively maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for park guests and employees utilizing resources from local and state resources and Security/Loss Prevention.
• Responsible and make sure Miniland and Parkwide LEGO animations are well maintained and in a perfect order.
• Perform Daily Pre-Operational Safety & Maintenance Inspections on LEGO attractions.
• Performs daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual inspection and preventive maintenance on all LEGO attractions.
