Responsibilities

• Be responsible for Tencent Anime YouTube channels, including content rights confirmation, daily operations, video publishing, and analyses.
• Be able to create secondary‑creation short and long videos related to Anime Content.
• Monitor trends in Anime programming and leverage insights to develop content that resonates with the target audience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Chinese. 1+ years of experience in video editing, with proficiency in software such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, is required. Experience in a YouTube channel is a strong plus.
• A strong passion for Chinese Anime and up-to-date with the latest trends.
