- Lead Generation/ Prospecting: + Plan a visit to selected customers and understand their requirements for local and imported products, spares & services, revamp & modernization, and new projects. An active approach with Customers determine the main issues of each plant during operation and maintenance. + Monthly follow-up with customers on the list of topics and solutions. + Communicate and collaborate with KAM and/or Regional Sales for each product; + Update customers on product/process improvements. - Initial Scoping/ Qualification: + Listen and collect information about production, quality, and maintenance issues. + Build a strong relationship with technicians and the head of the technical department. + Record of all requests using dedicated tools. + Support to CoE/CoC for further information from the site, documentation, and meeting with the customer. + Organize specific meetings with the customer and the compan...
