Must have skills:

• Hands on experience in Transactions monitoring with end-to-end case ownership
• Strong sanctions screening experience
• Demonstrated decision making ability (case conclusions, escalation judgement, SAR recommendations)
• Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
• Prior Experience working in a banking or financial services AML environment

Nice to have:

• Exposure to regulatory expectations (OFAC, Sanctions)
• Quality assurance or case review experience.
