AOI Engineer

Overview

This position requires a strong understanding of Advanced Packaging processes and defect modes, good communication and the capability to drive/deliver improvement results. Hands-on approach to create and set up robust AOI recipes for all inspection layers. Relevant documentations such as Control Plan, FMEA, Process Specifications, WI, OCAP and Visual Aid. Provide inspection and defect analysis/technical expertise to narrow down the potential point of occurrence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Set up Fan Out processes for qualifications till HVM run
• Install equipment and set up the process conditions for matching
• Perform process buy-off and release for production
• Robust recipe setup (2D, 3D, CD, True position)
• Set up FDC and SPC for process window
