AP Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:
Processing PO & Non-PO Invoices; Purchase Order Creation
Accurate processing of withholding tax and value added tax relating to invoices
Creating supplier payments, Maintaining AP related inbox, AP subledger reconciliation to General Ledger
Employee expenses review and coordination with employees
Employee expenses reconciliation with credit card statements
Working in partnership with other groups outside of PTP to resolve issues
Vendor query & disputes management and maintain the vendor master supplier database.
Prepare various weekly/monthly reports regarding approval process.
