Job Description

Nextpower is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Analyst to work at our office Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid - 4 days onsite minimum). This role requires crisis management as the escalation point of contact, issue resolution, receiving, processing and verifying invoices and expense reports from vendors and employees.

Professional Skills

• Bachelor’s in finance/financial management or equivalent
• 2+ years of related experience
• Good understanding of Microsoft Outlook (Basic level) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems; engagement with project management
