Description
Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) Intern supports the organization's day-to-day financial operations by assisting in the accurate recording and control of incoming and outgoing transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Assistant in the administration and control of raw material and finished product inventory, as well as supporting the identification of locations and improvement of the warehouse.
Identifcation and entry of locations into the system.
Capture of components in the locations defined in the system.
Participation in physical inventory counts (cycle counts and total counts)
All activities related to movements that affect inventory
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Knowledge: Basic excel level and Oracle E1
