Job Description

Summary of the Position:

You will support Global Manufacturing in all material and compound related items, AP compound development and optimization, compounding support for AP product development including OE and RE consumer tires.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support of AP plants process optimization:

  • You will provide recommendations for plant mixing process optimization.
  • You will provide recommendations for compound cost optimization.
  • You will participate in extrusion and calendaring processing optimization.
  • You will be involved and improve process related issue.
  • You will manage compound complexity
  • You will support material and compound optimization

    • • Support Product Development about compound related:

  • You will maintain compound lin-up
  • You will recommend compound to new tire development
  • You will benchmark competitor tire
  • You will support new compound industrialization
