A&P Manager

Responsibilities

• To lead and manage the Marketing, A&P department and its team, providing leadership and direction to achieve company objectives, goals & KPI.
• To develop and implement Marketing and A&P department strategies & plans to improve profitability and achieve set KPIs.
• To plan, develop and manage the Marketing and A&P budget, review performance and take remedial action to ensure budget and KPI targets are met, with monthly reviews with your superior.
• To manage and improve the mall footfall rate and optimize marketing events, activities and promotions for the best impact, aligning them with the marketing & A&P budget.
• To manage and lead best practices in marketing events, activities, promotion space, kiosk, vending machines and counters, including renewal, expiry & termination, and all related documentation such as Letter of Offer/Confirmation (LOO/C), License Agreement (LA) and other processes.
