Main Job Description

The A&P Mechanical Instructor – Coordinator / B1 will develop, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate H145 mechanical maintenance training in accordance with approved training standards, OEM documentation, project procedures, and customer requirements.

The instructor will provide classroom and practical instruction covering H145 airframe and powerplant systems, including engines, transmission, rotor systems, flight controls, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, landing gear, environmental systems, mechanical assemblies, servicing, inspection practices, troubleshooting, component replacement, and general maintenance procedures.

The role includes developing structured OJT programs, lesson plans, technical presentations, practical exercises, training handouts, assessment tools, evaluation checklists, and training records.
