The Company

We are assisting a manufacturing organisation in Box Hill to help find an accounts payable officer to join on a short term contract (4 weeks).

The Role

• High-volume invoice processing
• Matching, batching and coding
• Managing approvals and resolving discrepancies
• Supplier queries and statement reconciliations
• Supporting the finance team with month-end tasks as required

Your Profile

• Strong AP experience in high‑volume environments
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Ability to pick up processes quickly and work with accuracy
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
